Screen Sharing

This page is about technologies that we can use to replace, or augment the use of Google Hangouts.

These projects allow Screen Sharing to be piped into a viral academy "class". In general these links relate to software that look promising in terms of integrating with the VA mobile App and Live Studio set up we require. I’ve chosen links to software that is either open source or provides free services that we can integrate.

On OSX at least it looks relatively straight forwards to create a “virtual camera” that would allow regular software (such as Google Hangouts) or the record feature of any VA software we write – to screen share the live contents of another app - stackoverflow.com
